Small stories,
big hearts.
Samia Kids is the children's desk of Samia Studios. We make picture books and short films that teach honesty, patience, courage and the joy of making things. Every story is written and drawn by a person.

Short films,
drawn by hand.
Three short animated films are in the works. Each is a few minutes long, flat and bright, with one plain lesson and no lecture. Titles and stories may change before release.

Meet the star
The star of
the house.
The star is the small yellow character who turns up on every Samia site, and it is the hero of Samia Kids. It is curious, a little impatient, and always trying to do the right thing.
In the films it learns the lessons alongside the children watching, one at a time, and never pretends to have them all figured out.
Made by people
Made by people,
for small people.

Nothing here is made to frighten a child, and nothing here is made to sell them something. There are no ads, on this site or in the films.
